You will receive a confirmation and a second email with shipping information after payment.

What to Include:

Please pack your console carefully, without any additional cables, controllers, or games, and make sure to remove any discs from the tray before shipping. Please also check your HDMI cable for any damage or bent pins and include it if needed. Remember that re-damaging the HDMI port will void your warranty.

Terms & Conditions

The customer is responsible for shipping the device to us.  

Additional time may be required for repairs if necessary components and/or parts are not readily available.

Once the device is restored, you will receive a notification along with pictures showcasing the completed work and functioning unit. Any remaining balances will need to be settled before the device is returned to you.

If, by any chance, the device is deemed unfixable, a refund will be issued for the purchase price, minus any materials costs.

6-month parts & labor warranty excludes physically damaged ports.
