Intec/Interact Mobile Battery Bank Service

If your battery bank is not retaining a charge, don't worry - you're not alone. Due to their age (roughly 25 years), the internal batteries may have become damaged and are no longer able to charge properly.

We offer two options:

1) New 2200mah Replacement Pack, will get you just over 1hr of gameplay with a mobile screen attached. Full charge will take between 5-6hrs.

2) New 5000mah Replacement Pack, will get you over 2hrs of gameplay on a full charge that takes between 10-12hrs with a mobile screen attached.

If you have soldering experience we also sell packs for those who prefer to DIY, only 3 wires will need to be soldered (2) positive leads and (1) ground wire.

However, with the Intec/Interact Mobile Battery Bank Service, I will diagnose the issue and replace the battery cells with newer, functioning ones. It's worth noting that some battery banks exposed to liquid may have corroded internal boards, which we can also address. If this is the case we will notify you for any additional costs before moving forward. 

Upon completion of your purchase, an email will be sent to you containing shipping information. It is important to properly pack and ship your battery bank to avoid any potential damages, as this may result in additional costs for repair.
